Achievements in Basketball – International Level:
- First Indian women Basketball player to represent our country in 5 Asian Basketball Confederation Championships.

- Captained Senior Indian women team in the 13th Asian Basketball Confederation Championship at Singapore during the year 1990.
- Participated in the I & II Indira Gandhi International invitation tournament at New Delhi during the year 1986 and 1988 where the team secured Bronze medal.
National Level::
- Participated in 12 Senior National Championships of which represented Indian Railways in 10 National Championships.
- Captained Indian Railways in the Jamshedpur Senior Nationals in the year 1988.
- Winner of 10 Gold Medal and one Silver Medal for Indian Railways in the National Championships.
- Participated in 10 Federation Cup Championships of which secured Gold medal for 8 times and Silver Medal
- Represented and Captained Southern Railways in 14 inter railway Championships- winner for 8 times.

- Recipient of Indira Gandhi National Award for the year 1990.
- Railway Week Award (GM Award) in 1992
- GV Raja Award for the outstanding sports person of Kerala State- 1985
- Feasto Award for the best basketball player of Kerala state – 1992.
- Indian gymkhana award for the best yester year player-2012
