Neetu Sharma

 Neetu Sharma represented India in Handball and Pickleball and she brought accolades to the country by winning the gold medal in both the games. One of the first Women Handball International Player from Rajasthan.

      • Received MAHARANA PRATAP AWARD for the year (1997)
      • First Handball International Player from Rajasthan (Girl’s Category)
      • Honoured by Jaipur Municipal Corporation during Jaipur Festival, (1997)
      • Received Sports Award from Sanskriti – World Trade Park, Jaipur (2010)
      • Honoured by Biyani Group of College for Excellence in the field of Sports on International Women’s Day (2012)
      • Honoured by Vice-Chancellor of Rajasthan University for being the First Woman Handball International player from Rajasthan (2014)
      • Honoured in 1st  International Conference On Sports & Exercise Medicine for an International player (2019)

Adorned with various sporting awards Ms Neetu is an honoured player of the state.

# Won Gold Medal in the Youth Commonwealth Tournament (1995)

# Bagged Gold Medal in the 1st South Asian Championship (1997)

# She has been the captain of the Handball team from 1996 to 1998

Pickleball

An avid Pickleball player,  Ms Neetu Sharma represented India at various International Pickleball Championships/ Tournaments.

Some of her accolades in Pickleball at the International Level:

# Won Gold Medal in Spanish Open (Mixed Double) 2018

# Bronze medalist in Spanish Open (Women’s Double) 2018

# Represented India at Bangkok in 2017

With a masters degree in Physical Education, she is a wonderful sports coach under whose coaching and guidance many students played at state and national level and won medals. Presently she is the sports coach and coordinator of sports at Dharav High School, Jaipur
