ayati,  an outstanding player has many accolades to her credit. She had won many medals in Swimming at Haryana State Swimming championship and represented Haryana at National Swimming Championship. Jayati is a sports all-rounder and had participated in cross country and football tournament at District Level

She is a proud swimmer to attend swimming training camps held at Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre, Melbourne, Australia and Thanyapura, Phuket, Thailand under the guidance of Olympic coaches. ,

Furthermore to her sports achievements, Jayati has contributed her volunteer services in school and worked on a personal project (Thesis) on “Problems Faced by Paralympic Athletes”, after which she got to train a brilliant swimmer, Natasha Dimpo for Paralympic Nationals. However, with an end goal to have her qualify for summer Paralympics 2024, to be held in Paris, France.

Jayati is an active volunteer for Girlup, UN foundation and Feed on, an initiative by students from Gurgaon to provide meals for underprivileged citizens.
